Established through the acquisition of Trung Nam seafood...
Expanded the factory to accommodate space for 700 workers per shift. Started exporting products to China, Hong Kong, and Korea.
Upgraded the factory and re-arranged the processing lines to comply with HACCP standards. Approved to export products to the EU with approval number DL 449.
Exported products to EU countries and Japan.
Reached revenue of 6 million USD from EU markets with 20 clients.
Reached a yearly turnover of 10.2 million USD. Ranked among the Top 5 cephalopod manufacturers and exporters in Vietnam by Vasep. Opened a new processing line for Sushi and Sugata products for Japan market.
Increased processing capacity by 40%. Established a representative office in the USA.
Participated in the Danida Business Partnerships program and received funding of 80,000 USD.
Established a new 1000 MT coldstore. Participated in Green Investment Facility program (GIF 1) and received 15,500 USD funding. Participated in Demo project (Denmark), received a CPA and CPW worth 30,000 USD.
Developed a wide range of value-added and ready-to-eat products, including breaded, mixed with vegetables, pasta, and seasoned options. Started consignment processing services for clients from Japan and Korea with trout salmon, mackerel, pollock, etc.
Building ERP Odoo and automation system for total factory control. Building brand new factory and coldstorage dedicated to value added and ready to eat products.
Implemented the ERP Odoo system for more effective management and overall performance improvement.
Add a new processing line for consignment processing with capacity of 5MT/day.
Planning to build a new factory with capacity of 25 MT/day with a 6000 pallets coldstore.
